SCTA Chairman Statement:

In light of advice given by the Prime Minister and government today, that we should avoid/stop social contact and non essential travel, with regret the Board of the SCTA are cancelling all Scottish registered and selection shoots with immediate effect. The Board have not taken this decision lightly, we feel it is in the best interest of our Members and their Families. We also apologise to the grounds and will resume the shooting calendar as soon as we can.

Shoots from other nations/federations will also not be taken into account for selection purposes until advised. New selection procedures will be looked at to make sure all competitors have a fair opportunity of achieving international selection – if indeed any of the Home International competitions go ahead.

Please follow this latest government advice and look after yourselves, your family, your friends and colleagues.

Cawdor Clay Pigeon Club

Saturday 25th January is our first 25 bird DTL re-entry of the year at Cawdor,entries and cartridge sales are 9.30am till 11am.First prize for competition entries is £50.Club is open from 9am till 1pm,we’ll have our 50 bird sporting practice layout open and they’ll be a 10 bird side trap for a bottle of grouse.All welcome.

Highland Deephaven

This Sunday, 26th January, we have the Henderson trophy 🏆 50 DTL.

This is our 6th DTL competition in the Winter Series. Entries open 10am-12pm

A raffle and also Lucky numbers will be available for those who wish to participate.

Skeet practice will be available all day too.

We had a lovely shoot on 27^th weather was kind to us .  Our next shoot is not until end of March 29^th 2020   Malcom McCarthy Memorial shoot .
