Thanks for your kind words. The "old man" will be very sadly missed in particular by me. We spent well over 40 years together on the hill and going to Clay shoots. We had a ball. Not long before he died he told me he had enjoyed his life to the full and enjoyed every minute of it and would not change one single thing even if he could. I thought, well not many of us could say that.
He also told me if I ever get to a state where I cannot wipe my own erse, take me out and shoot me !! Fortunately it didn't get to that and he died very peacefully and painlessly.
Kindest regards
Finlay

One of shootings true gentlemen and always willing to help anyone. A smile whether he shot 25 straight or not! He joins a lot of shooting's old school and I am sure they will enjoy many a 25 together.

So sad to hear about Johnny. It was a pleasure and a privelege to have known him.
I just wonder what is going to happen at the Pearly Gates when Saint Peter gets that special Johnny Campbell handshake.

Many thanks to all who attended the "old mans" funeral. Some of you travelled a long way to pay your last respects and I can assure you it was very much appreciated by me. Very very touching !!
More importantly "himsel" would have been very proud to see you all there.
Heartfelt thanks again.
Regards
Finlay
