The old geezer with the eggs is keeping a wee space in his new trophy cabinet for F. A. Campbell's head. I thought about having him mounted but he might enjoy it.
Really shocked and horrified to read these comments by the "Old Geezer". I always thought he was a friend of mine !!
However I would like to assure him that if there is any mounting to be done I will be the one doing it !!
I am still awaiting delivery of the Veteran's trophy from Kinbrace which I also won along with High Gun !! The committee from the club assure me that DS was only given the trophy to polish for me and I spoke to him today about this very subject. He apparently went home to his poor unsuspecting wife and told her how he had won it and how he had sorted out that fe*ing Campbells !!
When I asked him when was he going to deliver the Veteran's cup to me, He seemed to go into some kind of raging fit uttering some terrible language, the likes of I have never heard in my life. Strange chappy so he is, but I really hope for his sanity that he can try and curtail that temper of his and come clean with his wife !!
